MEETING &
CONTRACT

After reviewing your request, we will provide a quotation and construction budget based on the Client’s scope of work and design guideline.

SITE DETAILS

Our designers will visit the sites with the original floor plan and measurements. Accurate information is needed to develop a unique concept.

REPORT

After the concept is finalized between the Client and CIC, an interior floorplan, as well as 3D modeling is drawn to match the concept. Adjustments can be made based on specific client’s requirements.

PRESENTATION &
CONSTRUCTION

After the final design is approved, a copy of AutoCAD and other design files are given to the Client. If CIC FNB is to manage the construction, CIC FNB will continue the process with scheduling construction work.
